Evaluating How You Train

I have recently started to look at models for evaluation of training.  One of the more widely used methods of training is Kirkpatricks model.  In Kirkpatricks model, there are four levels.  These levels are reaction, learning, behavior and results.  As each level is passed through, the cost of evaluation does increase, but it completing the model in its’ entirety can give significant information as to whether your training is actually giving a return on investments.  You can check out more information at http://www.kirkpatrickpartners.com.
