Challenge:

Campus Crusade for Christ is one of the largest faith-based organizations in the world. In the United States, they employ over 5000 staff, interns and volunteers. Each year, Campus Crusade for Christ holds ten regional winter conferences in the United States. In 2007 the Great Lakes region (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Illinous) for Campus Crusade was in need of a new technical director that could help them in the area of audio, lighting, live video production, sound, room layout and stage design to help them run a conference for over 2000 students and staff.

Solution:

Working with various production companies such as Cameras and Crew from Indianapolis and Bartha Audio/Visual of Columbus, Ohio, and alongside the regional conference team, Christian Rogers of Thousand Feet helped facilitate the technical needs for IndyCC, the Great Lakes Winter Conference. Chris has been the technical director since 2007.

Results:

The IndyCC conference has continued to grow. They are currently in the process of moving into a new larger facility for its’ venue.

Challenge:

The diocese society at the Toledo Museum of Art was looking to produce their own video for the 2010 graduation ceremony for their class. The expertise was there to shoot the video but not in the editing process.

Solution:

Working with Christian Rogers of Thousand Feet Consulting, initial editing direction was given. Chris then finished editing on the production himself for the final release of the short film.

Results:

The video was considered a large success and loved by all at the graduation ceremony and dinner.

Challenge:

St. Gregory group was looking to bring post-production motion graphics in-house and needed training in order to understand how to operate Adobe After Effects.

Solution:

To lead them in the training process, they contacted Sterling, Ledet and Associates who then contracted with Christian Rogers of Thousand Feet to provide a three day training instruction on the software that offered customized solutions for the marketing firm.

Results:

Since the initial training, St. Gregory Group has brought their post-production editing in-house, saving them thousands of dollars. Christian has now been serving as an ongoing consultant with St. Gregory group since 2010, offering support and advice on motion graphics utilizing Adobe After Effects and Apple’s Final Cut Pro.

Challenge:

Launched in 2008 as a branch of Great Seminars and Books, Great Seminars Online seeks to serve the educational needs of physical therapists and occupational therapists in the United States and beyond. When looking to launch the company, Dr. Carole Lewis and Dr. Molly Laflin were in need of a resource for online course creation, photography and video production that met the professional needs they were looking for.

Solution:

Chris Rogers of Thousand Feet worked with Great Seminars Online initially as a videographer and photographer in the development of their first online courses. As the company grew, Chris was given the opportunity to manage their website and develop their online courses. Utilizing Moodle, PHP, HTML and CSS, Thousand Feet has helped Great Seminars Online develop six online courses.

Results:

With the of launch of eight courses, Great Seminars Online is now growing in its’ efforts to help the physical therapy and occupational therapy fields.

Challenge:

DayMark Safety Systems is the premiere supplier of food, personal, employee and facility safety products for the foodservice industry. Founded in 1989, it has grown exponentially in sales to over 45 million. Yearly, DayMark Safety Systems attends the National Restaurant Association show, the largest restaurant show in the United States. For the 2011 show, DayMark’s marketing team developed a new game based on ABC’s Minute To Win It. For the live game event, DayMark needed a way to draw crowds and invite people to play, to them move them into the booth for further information.

Solution:

Chris Rogers of Thousand Feet worked with the marketing team and developed a series of eye catching videos and motion graphics that were used for the game. One video explained the game, while two others advertised and drew people in.

Results:

The game launched at NRA 2011 was seen by hundreds, playing over 300 times in the course of 5 days. This helped draw over 100 leads for the company at the show.

Challenge:

For the 2010 show, DayMark Safety Systems wanted to build a mobile app that would be the main feature of the show.

Solution:

Chris Rogers of Thousand Feet worked with the Director of Marketing at DayMark Safety Systems to develop a new kitchen safety app called Kitchen iQ. Built over the length of three months, Kitchen iQ provides information to restaurant managers and staff on proper health code information and helpful products to add to the restaurants food safety plan.

Results:

Kitchen iQ launched at the 2010 NRA show and has since seen weekly downloads of over 120 and continues to be used. New features have since been added such as DayMark’s signature label finder.
